Using Runforce

By using this website or an authorized Runforce early-access service, you agree to these terms. If you use Runforce for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

Early-access services

Some Runforce capabilities are prototypes or early-access services. Features may change, be limited or be discontinued. We may suspend access to protect users, connected systems or the service.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate account and authorization information.
• Keep authentication methods and access links secure.
• Use Runforce only for lawful, authorized purposes.
• Review important outputs and confirm consequential actions before relying on them.
• Do not attempt to access another user’s workspace, credentials or connected data.

Connected accounts and communications

You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to connect an account or ask Runforce to communicate with another person. Provider availability, permissions and usage limits may affect a capability. Disconnecting a provider may prevent related features from working.

AI-assisted output

Runforce uses automated systems to interpret requests and prepare outputs. Results may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. You remain responsible for reviewing decisions, communications and other important work before using or sending it.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you provide. You grant Runforce the limited rights required to process that content and deliver the requested service. You must have the rights necessary to provide the content.

Acceptable use

You may not use Runforce to harm others, violate privacy, distribute malware, bypass security, send unauthorized or deceptive communications, or perform unlawful activities.

Availability and warranties

The website and early-access services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Runforce disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every output will be error-free.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Runforce will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of an early-access service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service develops. Material updates will be reflected by the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
